Overview
There are communities around the world in which professionals and families as well, have embraced Collaborative Practice and Mediation as a method to resolve disputes. One of the common elements that tie these communities together is that quality practitioners are always looking to grow and learn more about how to refine the outcome for clients. They are continually looking for ways to improve their skill set and utilizing those skills as financial specialists, attorneys and mental health professionals.
This training allows professionals the ability to offer options and custom design a process around the needs of the clients. This training will teach professionals how to serve as a referral generator rather than passively waiting for a referral. Participants will learn strategies that have been successfully implemented in communities around the globe. We invite professionals to explore innovative techniques designed to increase productivity while improving outcomes for clients who choose an out of court process to resolve their matters.
