Miranda Melquist

Miranda Melquist, LCSW, PMH-C

Owner

Miranda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working with individuals and families since 2011. Early on as a social worker she found her passion in helping mothers and later became Certified in Perinatal Mental Health. Through guiding women experiencing postpartum mental health challenges she began to see positive outcomes in all members of the family by strengthening the family system. Miranda is a trained Mediator and trained in Collaborative Practice. In this role she assists families in developing the skills to navigate transition periods and conflict while feeling empowered. She believes the way a person moves through adversity allows for new perspectives and growth.

Pamela Presler

Pamela Presler, MSW, LCSW, CPLC

Relationship, ADR and Grief Specialist

Pamela is a Relationship, ADR (Mediator, Family and Civil Collaborative Practice, and Co-Parenting) and Grief Specialist who has dedicated over 20 years to developing new and innovative approaches to improving human relationships. Pamela provides Coaching, Counseling and Consulting services, and facilitates customized trainings and retreats for individuals, couples and businesses. Pamela embraces a preventative philosophy to supporting the growth of healthy systems and is passionate about building leadership confidence in families and professional organizations.

Amanda Kulyk

Licensed Practicing Counselor

Amanda is a Licensed Practicing Counselor and has been working with individuals since 2015. She is trained in Grief Counseling, Mediation, and EFT. Throughout her time in the field Amanda has developed the love for helping individuals during life transitions and overcoming barriers to achieve their goals. Amanda utilizes collaborative communication, strengthening an individual’s sense of self and establishing healthy boundaries to help individuals achieve growth.

Certified Clinical Trauma Professional

Amanda is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and working towards becoming certified in Perinatal Mental Health. Amanda has been working with individuals and families since 2009 in a variety of settings. Throughout this time, Amanda has found her passion of working with new mothers struggling with mental health or just navigating their new life, along with helping people heal from past traumas. Amanda believes that people can “grow through what they go through.” Amanda embraces a collaborative, strength-based approach to helping clients navigate their challenges, lean in to them and grow in the process.

Britni Burlingham

Britni Burlingham, MSW

Masters Level Therapist, Mediator

Britni is a master’s level therapist with an abundance of experience in child welfare, trauma, mental health and drug and alcohol concerns. She is also certified in Divorce Mediation and continues to learn and grow in couple’s conflict. She has been working in the social work field since 2016 and started working in foster and kinship care and helping families and/or individuals battle substance use disorders in 2018. Britni believes in strong, effective communication, along with diverse environments that gives all cultures and ethnicities an opportunity to heal and thrive.

Lisa is a Physical Therapist with over 17 years of experience. She is the owner of The Wellness Collaborative, a holistic Physical Therapy Practice. Lisa collaborates with her clients to get to the root cause of their pain so that they can return to a healthy active lifestyle. Myofascial Release is a safe and effective treatment where the Physical Therapist applies gentle sustained pressure over time to eliminate pain and restore motion. Fascial restrictions are created by trauma, inflammatory responses, poor posture, stress, surgery or bracing against pain. Some of the common conditions treated with Myofascial Release include: back pain, neck pain, sciatica, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, plantar fasciitis and fibromyalgia. It is her passion to help clients eliminate tension/pain in their body in order to create transformation and lasting fulfillment in life.

Melissa Sulkowski

Melissa Sulkowski is a Relationship Specialist, as well as a Professional Mediator, who has been guiding individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams since 1994. She is Board Certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors and licensed in Pennsylvania as a Registered Nurse and Professional Counselor. Melissa opened her own practice in 2001. Over the years she grew her business into a setting offering complimentary services designed to promote health, healing, and well-being, known as Nurturinse.
