Making an Appointment

All Services are made by appointment only.

Depending on the service you are receiving, appointments are usually scheduled for 50 -120 minutes.  Frequency and duration of appointments is dependent upon the service being provided as well as the need of the individual.  Treatment is customized based on identified needs and interests.

About your Appointment

Arrival times for all services.

We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in.  New clients, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out needed paperwork.  We understand sometimes late arrival is unavoidable, please call the office when possible.  Be aware that late arrival will simply limit your time of services to stay on schedule for the next client.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo his or her appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”  They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Missed or late cancel appointments for counseling services

Your appointment is reserved just for you.  For any appointment missed or cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $90.00 fee.  This is not covered by your insurance.  If you have not called to cancel your appointment and do not show up for an appointment, we reserve the right to cancel any further appointments that you have scheduled.

Cancellation practice for wellness services

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all our clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours’ notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Payment and Insurance Information

All co-pays are due at the time of your visit.

We accept cash and checks.  All practitioners are independent so payment should be made to the individual directly.  Some do take credit cards.  We do not typically have change if you are paying with cash.  Please bring the correct amount or we will apply the balance to your next visit.
